De KNVB is de officiele bron voor uitsluitingen en schorsingen in het Nederlandse voetbal. Daarnaast biedt het Voetbalfit-programma richtlijnen voor blessurepreventie.

De Koninklijke Nederlandse Voetbalbond publiceert na elke speelronde de officiele uitsluitingen voor het betaald voetbal. Dit is de primaire bron waar andere sites hun schorsingsdata vandaan halen. De tuchtcommissie beslist over rode kaarten, overtredingen en aanvullende straffen in de Eredivisie en Keuken Kampioen Divisie.

Daarnaast biedt de KNVB via het programma Voetbalfit uitgebreide informatie over blessurepreventie, inclusief het FIFA 11+ warming-up protocol. Het Voetbal Medisch Centrum levert de medische expertise. Handig voor trainers en spelers die blessures willen voorkomen.
