Stichting Privacy First is sinds 2008 een Nederlandse non-profit organisatie die opkomt voor privacy als fundamenteel grondrecht. De stichting voert juridische procedures tegen privacy-schendende wetten, adviseert beleidsmakers en voert publieke bewustwordingscampagnes.

Bekend van rechtszaken tegen het sleepwet-referendum, de wet op de inlichtingen- en veiligheidsdiensten (Wiv), centrale databank vingerafdrukken, en algoritmische profilering door overheid (zoals SyRI). Op privacyfirst.nl vind je nieuwsanalyses, juridische updates, beleidsadviezen en informatie over lopende rechtszaken.
